Eastern Applicators, Inc. is a Virginia corporation founded in July of 1987 specializing in drywall construction and new construction painting. We partner with some of the nation’s largest homebuilders and general contractors in the DC/Metro area.

We offer expert knowledge of drywall systems including fire rated assemblies, shear wall patterns, acoustical ceilings, and light gauge metal framing. We provide a full scope of painting services on large, multi-family and production housing projects that require attention to detail and strict schedule adherence. We also perform both drywall and paint scopes with small volume builders in custom homes that require a high level of quality. With over 100 employees and solid relationships with our trade partners, we perform on multiple, fast paced production projects simultaneously.
